He is a genuinely nice guy and will do anything to help out his team members. Glenn is also a hard worker, one that often doesn't get recognised for his efforts. A couple of years ago Glenn made the decision to drop back from management and take a role closer to home.
I ran into him a month or so ago and everything seems to be working out for him which is great. True to form, I think the thing that made Glenn most happy about running into me was that he got to meet Brian and see that I'm going well too.
